What's included in the monthly subscription?
Each plan includes a set number of development hours, active project slots, strategy calls, and support. You get access to AI strategy, automation builds, agent development, and custom SaaS work - all under one subscription.
Can I cancel at any time?
The three monthly plans (Starter, Growth and Enterprise) are month-to-month with no long-term commitment - cancel any time with 30 days notice. The £125/month website plan is different: it runs a 12-month initial term, because the site is built and handed over in the first weeks while the cost is spread across the year. After that first year it continues monthly on the same 30 days notice.
What's the difference between a subscription and a one-off project?
Subscriptions give you ongoing access to AI development and strategy at a fixed monthly rate. One-off projects are fixed-price builds scoped to a specific deliverable. Both include full documentation and handover.
How quickly can you start?
Most new clients are onboarded within 48 hours. For subscription plans, your first strategy call is typically booked within the first week.
Do I own the code you build?
Yes. Everything we build is yours - full source code, documentation, and IP. No vendor lock-in, no recurring platform fees for what we've built.
