By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website.

Services

The services described on this website - including AI strategy, agent development, automation, custom SaaS, and website builds - are subject to individual agreements between Bloodstone Projects and the client. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

The content on this website - including text, images, articles, and case studies - is provided for informational purposes only. While we make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, design, code, and intellectual property on this website is owned by Bloodstone Projects unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

Client work and deliverables are subject to the intellectual property terms outlined in each individual service agreement.

Subscription terms

Where services are provided on a subscription basis:

• The monthly plans (Starter, Growth and Enterprise) are month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice, at any time
• The Website Plan runs a 12-month initial term from the date of the first payment, and then continues month-to-month on the same 30 days notice. The term applies because the website is designed, built and handed over in the first weeks of the plan while its cost is spread across the year, which is what removes the upfront build fee
• During the initial term the Website Plan may be cancelled by agreement, and we will always discuss it - but it is not cancellable as of right, and the remaining months of the term remain payable
• Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total amount charged - the price shown is the price taken
• Cancellation notice should be sent to info@bloodstone.co.uk, or made from your billing page at bloodstone.co.uk/billing
• Services will continue until the end of the current billing period following notice of cancellation
• On cancellation we hand over your website files and will help you migrate. You own everything we build for you

Payment terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloodstone Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
