JMS ECO (trading as JMS Property Developments Ltd) is a Wirral-based renewable energy installer covering solar, insulation, heating, and government grant work. The site replaces a slow legacy WordPress build with a fast Next.js platform that supports lead generation, SEO, and a full content engine.

The challenge
What we were solving
JMS ECO had outgrown their WordPress site - it was slow, hard to update, and not converting the steady flow of grant-related search traffic into qualified leads. They needed a modern site that could carry detailed service content (solar, insulation, heating, multiple grants), capture eligibility data for funded work, and dominate local search across the Wirral and surrounding areas.
Our approach
How we built it
We rebuilt the site from scratch in Next.js 16 with a single source-of-truth config, then migrated and expanded the content into 49+ pages: 8 service pages, 2 grant pages, 10 area pages, 15 news articles, and full legal pages. The solar page is anchored by 7 branded infographics. Forms feed Supabase, Google Sheets (Apps Script webhook), and Resend (DKIM-verified). All legacy WordPress URLs are redirected to preserve organic rankings.
