Wirely is a virtual assistant marketplace connecting ambitious businesses with skilled virtual assistants from around the world. Services span business development, admin, marketing, and AI work, starting from £250/month. The site has to convert two distinct audiences in parallel - businesses looking to hire and VAs looking to be hired.

The challenge
What we were solving
Most VA marketplaces look the same - generic stock imagery, vague pricing, and no clear positioning. Wirely needed a site that immediately stood out, set transparent pricing as a value, and kept the two-sided journey clean: businesses needed proof and process, VAs needed a clear path to apply and get matched.
Our approach
How we built it
We designed a high-contrast dark brand - black with citron yellow accent and bold display type - and built the full site in Next.js. Two parallel CTAs ('Hire a VA' and 'Join as a VA') run the navigation and hero, with dedicated journeys for each audience covering services, pricing, and case studies. The site is structured to scale into more verticals as Wirely grows.
